Action Realty, LLC is a Broker owned business that opened  January 3, 2000.  The office is located in Cliff, New Mexico on Highway 180 West.   The goal of this Real Estate business is to represent its clients with honesty and hard work.

The Brokers at Action Realty, LLC are ready to help in any way they can.  Dale Spurgeon, Qualifying Broker/Owner was raised in the Cliff area.  Growing up in Southwestern New Mexico on a ranch in Buckhorn gives her insight to the properties listed in Cliff, Gila, Buckhorn, Glenwood, Mule Creek and the surrounding areas.  Marie Lee is the expert on the Catron County area of New Mexico.  Marie was raised on a ranch outside Datil, New Mexico.  She can help you with property in Quemado, Reserve, Datil, Pie Town and the surrounding areas.  John Conger is licensed in New Mexico and Arizona.  With his double state license he can help find properties in either state.
